Samsung Galaxy A10 Will Feature Under Display Fingerprint Sensor and Snapdragon 845 SoC Chipset

Samsung, the South Korean smartphone maker, is excessively keen to regain their foothold in the mid-range smartphones segment. After launching a series of phones in the Galaxy A-Series lineup in its product portfolio, it has recently disclosed its latest offering in the same product series, the Galaxy A8s phone with Infinity-O display that is powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC.

Moreover, Galaxy A9 with Snapdragon 660 was also introduced in the market earlier this year. The phone packs quad cameras at the rear panel. Now, is new rumours are to be believed, Samsung is working on a brand new Galaxy A10 smartphone that is going to be equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is speculated to contain ‘Bright Night’ Mode &’Slimmest Bezels’

But what made Galaxy A10 smartphone unique for Samsung line of products? It is going to be the first ever smartphone for the Korean manufacturer that would come with an in-display fingerprint reader that we have already seen on OnePlus 6T, Oppo R17 Pro and Huawei Mate 20 Pro. A viral tweet from a Chinese tipster has propelled controversies in the market surrounding this phone. According to his tweet, the new Galaxy A10 is going to have UDFS feature and likely join the ranks of OnePlus 6T, Oppo R17 Pro and Huawei Mate 20 Pro.

This smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, making it the first device in the A-series to be equipped with a flagship processor from Qualcomm. Though the phone specifications are still behind the curtains, it is rumoured that the phone is a high-end model and more advanced version of Galaxy A9 (2018) and Galaxy A8s phones with 8GB of RAM on offer. As per the market reports, the handset will be introduced by the smartphone maker by the end of next month.

Samsung is also working on the probable launch of its new Galaxy S10 flagship smartphone. Although the date is not yet fixed, according to claims, the phone will be launched in early next year. Several market reports claim that the company will be launching the new Galaxy S10 in 3 versions – S10 Lite, S10 and S10 Plus. Moreover, the Galaxy S10 will also feature an under-display fingerprint sensor, which is rumoured to be offered on the upcoming Galaxy A10 smartphone. The company is keen to unveil the new Galaxy S10 during Mobile World Congress 2019(MWC 2019).
