Shortly after the Press Conference by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Bharatiya Janata Party National Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia held a Press Conference in Delhi on May 20. He targeted him by saying that Delhi is a Union Territory, not Arvind Territory. “The ordinance is constitutional completely. Delhi is a Union Territory. You knew it while contesting in the election. You think after winning the election, you can abuse the Prime Minister. Delhi is a Union Territory, not Arvind Territory. It will be run by the constitution, not by the laws of Arvind Kejriwal. There is delicate scheme for the UT of Delhi and it has been approved by the parliament, Constitution of our country to maintain a balance. The elected government cannot destroy the spirit of the constitution just to hide their own corruption,” said Gaurav Bhatia.
