New Delhi: Children’s Day is celebrated on November 14, in India to mark the birth anniversary of India’s first Prime Minister- Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He was fond of children and was lovingly called Chacha Nehru. This day is celebrated to raise awareness of children’s rights, welfare, and education. Children’s Day is celebrated with great enthusiasm in schools, where children are given a small treat, and the faculty and staff put up some performances for them. However, the celebration varies from school to school.
Here are some messages that you can send to your young ones to wish them Children’s Day:
Children’s Day Messages:
- May you receive all the stars in your kitty, for you are my brightest blazing star. Love you, little one. Happy Children’s Day!
- You are a cheerful, young, and vivacious individual who can simply bring a smile to my face. This is your day. So, a very happy Children’s Day to you.
- Let’s all honour our child’s purity and innocence on this extremely wonderful day because they are our future. We should do everything we can, to make them feel special. Happy Children’s Day!
- May the purity in your heart and the innocence that you possess serves to bring out the best in each and every one of you. Happy Children’s Day.
Children’s Day Wishes:
- The massive army of kids from all across the world, dressed in very different ways on the outside but strikingly similar on the inside. When you bring them together, they will either play or fight, but even their fighting is a form of play. Happy Children’s Day.
- Children are the carriers of our dreams for a happier future and our hopes for a better tomorrow. I’m wishing young people across a wonderful Children’s Day.
- Never let the child inside of you die, and be sure to look after it anytime it needs something. You would improve everything if you had a gentler heart. Happy Children’s Day, everyone!
