Apple is gearing up to introduce the iPhone 15 series this September. But while fans wait patiently for the launch event of the iPhone 15 line-up, the first look of the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which is supposed to arrive in 2024, leaked online.

The recent reports suggest that Apple will most likely rebrand the Pro Max as Ultra. So Apple might introduce the iPhone 16 Pro Max as the iPhone 16 Ultra, which will replace the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

According to a report in 9to5Mac, the renders, which are CAD-based, show the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro Max/Ultra placed next to each other with a clearly visible difference in size. Going by the specification mentioned in the leaked renders, the iPhone 16 Ultra will be bigger in comparison to the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The iPhone 16 Ultra will reportedly flaunt a 6.9-inch screen, which will be a lot taller than the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is said to flaunt a 6.7-inch display. Both the Apple smartphones sport a wider structure.

The report suggests that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will flaunt a width of 76.7 mm, while the iPhone 16 Ultra will sport 77.2 mm width. It is also being reported that the smaller iPhone 16 Pro will also get bigger as compared to the iPhone 15 Pro.

The iPhone 16 Pro will most likely house a periscope zoom lens. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will come packed with a periscope zoom lens.

While the launch of the iPhone 15 family is just a few months away and the release of iPhone 16 series is scheduled for next year, Apple on Tuesday sent out media invites for its annual developers’ conference from June 5 to June 9, where the iPhone maker is expected to unveil its latest software updates.
