As per latest reports, this latest speculation may not impress many Apple loyalists who are patiently waiting to upgrade their iPhones with the upcoming new iPhone 15 as it may feature similar specifications that we saw in the iPhone 14 line-up that was launched last year.
The upcoming premium smartphone, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, in the iPhone 15 series may feature the M12 OLED panel technology that Apple featured in the iPhone 14 line-up.
So those who are expecting some new display features and new brightness levels on the upcoming smartphone from Apple, shouldn’t hold their breath on this one.
Earlier, the Internet was abuzz with reports about the iPhone 15 Pro Max arriving with a new main camera, which was rumoured to be based on the Sony IMX903, 1″ sensor. However, new reports refute those rumours and suggest that Apple will continue to use the same IMX803, 48MO 1/1.28″ Quad-Bayer camera that we saw on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max last year.
However, we can expect the display on the iPhone 15 Pro Max to be smaller at 159.9 mm as compared to the iPhone 14 Pro Max‘s 160.7 mm. This means that the display on the iPhone 15 Pro Max will not be the same size as the one on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will reportedly feature a narrower display at 76.7 mm, instead of 77.6mm. However, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will come packed with an exclusive feature. Apple is introducing the periscope telephone camera, which has been the hot-topic on the Internet.
But the periscope telephoto camera will come packed only on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and will offer 6x optical magnification.
