The acquisition of Nightingales will make HCAH India’s largest out-of-hospital care provider with a presence in eight top cities and over 3,000 healthcare professionals, with an annual turnover of around ₹200 crore.
The details of the share swap were not disclosed. Nightingales’ co-founder and healthcare industry veteran – Vishal Bali will join HCAH as a shareholder with the acquisition.
The deal is complementary for HCAH as Nightingales, gives it a pan-India footprint, especially in South India. Nightingales comes with a team of over 1,000 healthcare professionals, and an established delivery network across 4 metro cities of Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai. HCAH is strong in North India. Vivek Srivastava, co-founder and CEO of HCAH in an interview to ET said that the acquisition of Nightingales – will help us go deep, as we want to be the largest player in the markets we operate.
