ChatGPT aims to improve the artificial intelligence ( AI) experience for users during rush hours, the company said. The Microsoft-backed AI research lab had launched ChatGPT Plus in February this year, but it was only available in the US.

Available at $20 per month (Rs 1,650) in India, ChatGPT Plus claims to have faster response rates. It will offer users priority access to new features and improvements. OpenAI said it is also exploring options for lower-cost plans, and data packs for wider availability.

ChatGPT Plus has benefits like no blackout windows and no throttling. The premium version is also said to deliver as many messages as you want.OpenAI had earlier said it will continue to offer free-to-use ChatGPT, and the new Plus variant is meant for those who want a bit more from ChatGPT. “We love our free users and will continue to offer free access to ChatGPT. By offering this subscription pricing, we will be able to help support free access availability to as many people as possible,” OpenAI said in its blog post.
Meanwhile, OpenAI has also introduced ChatGPT’s successor, the GPT-4.
The GPT-4 can accept images as inputs and generate the output accordingly. OpenAI also says that ChatGPT 4 is capable of handling larger and more complex queries when compared to its predecessor.
