Former Karnataka Education Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader BC Nagesh on June 15 slammed the Congress-led state government over adding KB Hedgewar and Savitribai Phule’s chapter in a school textbook. He said that Siddaramaiah’s government is against Hindus and wants to attract minorities and politicise everything. “They (Congress) want votes of Muslims, Siddramaiah’s government is against Hindus…they might even re-introduce hijab…they want to attract votes of minorities and politicise everything…” BC Nagesh told ANI.
