Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on December 16 asserted that India will become the third largest economy by 2027. “The speed at which India’s economy is growing and the track on which it is running, very soon, it is estimated that by 2027, it will cross Germany and Japan and become the third economy,” said Shekhawat.
