iQoo 11 likely to debut with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, says Geekbench listing

iQoo 11 series is set to launch in China soon. The series is likely to include the iQoo 11 and iQoo 11 Pro smartphones. While the official dates are still not known, rumours about the chipset that would power the iQoo 11 have surfaced online.

The smartphone has been recently spotted in a Geekbench listing suggesting the upcoming phone may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

According to the listing, the chipset comes with the ‘kalama’ codename and shows a prime CPU core. It also shows the maximum clock speed of 3.19GHz, four cores clocked at 2.80GHz and three cores at 2.02GHz. These features indicate that the upcoming iQoo 11 smartphone is likely to come powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

As per the listing, the iQoo 11 model is likely to debut bearing the model number V2243A which means it could feature 11GB RAM and run Android 13 OS.

iQoo 11 smartphone is rumoured to sport a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate. As mentioned above, the smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset.

As per previous leaks, the iQoo 11 will run Android 13 topped with the company’s own layer of OxygenOS.

The iQoo 11 smartphone is likely to arrive in two RAM options– 8GB and 12GB and three storage variants including 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.

The upcoming smartphone will reportedly feature a triple rear camera setup which may include a 50MP main sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide shooter and a 12MP telephoto camera. The phone is said to house a punch-hole display and a 16MP selfie shooter.

The upcoming iQoo 11 smartphone is said to feature Vivo V2 image signal processor for better image quality.

iQoo 11 is expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
