Queen Camilla, 75, has flown to India for a 10-day holistic therapy holiday, according to local news media. Royal fans began suspecting where Camilla was, when she was not pictured alongside King Charles over the weekend.
The King visited Queen Elizabeth II’s Sandringham Estate for the first time since her death and even attended church with friends.
The reason for Camilla’s absence has now been uncovered, as the Queen Consort is currently in India at a holistic health centre.
The 75-year-old arrived in the country last Thursday and is expected to stay there until later this week.
According to the Times of India, Camilla and a few friends are currently staying in Soukya, a holistic health and wellness centre near Whitefield, in Bengaluru.

According to their website, Soukya “offers a wide range of Health Programmes that help cleanse, de-stress, soothe and revitalise the mind, body and spirit.
“Every guest goes through a health evaluation by doctors, qualified and experienced in their respective system of medicine. Based on a joint review of the Ayurvedic tri-dosha (vata, pitta and kapha) and blood reports, the treatment protocol is designed to address the individual needs of the person.”
The website adds: “The programme is monitored and reviewed daily, to enable any change in the treatment protocol, if required, enabling a highly individualised treatment programme.
“We provide authentic Ayurvedic, Panchakarma, Yoga and Naturopathic treatments and Complementary Therapies that are prescribed, monitored and reviewed by our doctors and delivered with the help of skilled therapists.”
DON’T MISS:
This is not the first time Queen Camilla has visited Soukya. She made her first visit to the centre back in 2010, when she was still the Duchess of Cornwall.
The publication also reports the royal has made eight visits to the centre so far and even convinced her husband King Charles to celebrate his 71st birthday there back in 2019.
At the time, the couple went in for a six-day “rejuvenative treatment”, where naturopathy, Ayurvedic, and yoga practices were employed. The whole centre was reportedly reserved for the royal couple.
According to the reports, this was a private visit for the Queen Consort, and this trip is Camilla’s first overseas tour since assuming her new title.

She travelled on a British Airways flight on Thursday and then went by road for nearly 40 km from Kempegowda International Airport to Soukya.
Queen Camilla was escorted by members of Royalty and Specialist Protection, an elite force of Scotland Yard.
Police sources said: “There were strict instructions not to publicise her trip as it’s a private visit. No public engagement programmes or interactions have been scheduled during her stay.”
According to local reports, Soukya chairman Dr Isaac Mathai has been the holistic physician for Camilla and King Charles for several years.
Personnel at Soukya cited confidentiality clauses to the media and refused to divulge details about the therapies Queen Camilla would be undergoing.
Camilla is not the only member of the Royal Family who has headed off on their travels during the October half term, as it was recently announced that Kate Middleton and Prince William were doing the same.
Royal correspondent for the Daily Express, Richard Palmer tweeted on October 20: “The Prince and Princess of Wales are off on half-term holidays with their children so it’s quiet on that front.
“But Kensington Palace has just announced William will attend the annual Tusk Conservation Awards and a following symposium at Hampton Court on November 1 and 2 respectively.”
