To make sugar-free Buransh juice at home, wash and soak the Buransh flowers in water.
Next, take a vessel and fill it with water and allow the water to turn warm, add in the Buransh flowers, cook over medium flame till the water turns pinkish in colour.
Keep stirring till the blend is reduced to half and strain the blend. Allow to cool and pour a little portion of this blend in the glass and add chilled water and mix it with sugar/honey/stevia.
Squash
To make Buransh squash at home, mix the reduced Buransh flower blend with sugar syrup and allow the squash to cool down, mix with cold water and enjoy anytime. Store this in a refrigerator.
