Sparsh Hospitals group opens three new specialities in Bengaluru

The Sparsh Group of hospitals on Wednesday announced the launch of three new medical centres –The Institute of IVF & Reproductive Medicine, The Institute of Cosmetology & Cosmetic Surgery and The Da Vinci X Robotic Programme.

The Group has plans to almost double capacity in the next two years – touching 1400 bed capacity by 2025 from its 800 beds currently. As part of these expansion plans, the group will also launch two new hospitals soon in Bangalore in Yelahanka and Hennur with an investment of over Rs 250 crore. The hospital has also invested over Rs 15 crores in these three new specialities to consolidate the momentum of its expansion, its chairman Dr Sharan Patil said.

“The launch of the new specialities reflects our vision to be a one-stop destination for a variety of treatments and underscores our commitment to provide the most advanced, cutting-edge medical care to patients under a trusted Brand in Bangalore. The healthcare system now is evolving rapidly and state-of-the-art technologies have made it easier for patients to fight multiple ailments and improve quality of life. We will continue to expand in Karnataka allowing citizens access to quality healthcare closer to their doorstep,” Patil said.

The hospital group operates five healthcare facilities across Karnataka – three in Bengaluru and the others in Davanagere and Hassan. The group offers care in over 35 specialities that include neurology, gastro, mother and child care, cardiac care, uro-nephrology, oncology among a host of others, the chairman said.
