While OnePlus and other brands are also gearing up to unveil their own pocket-friendly devices, recent reports suggest that Apple might just end up killing the budget-friendly smartphones market majorly dominated by Android.
Recent reports suggest that Apple is gearing up to launch the iPhone SE 4, which will be priced under Rs 45,000 approximately, making it the cheapest iPhone.
The budget-friendly iPhone SE 4 could be a nightmare for Google’s Pixel 7a and other Android phones releasing this year as Apple is already one of the most desired tech brands in the world.
As per reports, Apple could use the iPhone 11 design for the upcoming iPhone SE 4 which could come packed with the A16 Bionic chip and new camera which will make the Apple phone a total value for money at this price range.
In case you forgot, Apple’s iPhone 11 is till date the best-sold variant by the Cupertino-based tech company.
Meanwhile, further reports suggest that the tech giant will use OLED panels from Chinese display supplier BOE in its upcoming fourth-generation iPhone SE models. As per MacRumours report, due to production problems, BOE missed the initial number of OLED panels intended for this year’s iPhone 15 series, with Samsung and LG claiming the majority of orders.
But now, the brand will most likely make up for it by concentrating on making OLED panels for the budget-friendly iPhone SE 4, which will reportedly flaunt a 6.1-inch display and an in-house 5G baseband chip.
It is also reported that Apple might just add the Dynamic Island display on its upcoming models of the iPhone SE 4.
