Seems like the premium phones in the line-up, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will feature Apple’s thinnest bezels till date. As per a report, the Cupertino-based tech giant plans to put a front display on both the smartphones that will have bezels as thin as 1.55mm (0.06 inches), as per a video leaked online.
The video shared by tipster Ice Universe on Twitter, if Apple does go ahead with this plan and launch iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Max 1.55mm bezels, then this would make it the thinnest bezel on any smartphone ever.
“iPhone 15 Pro Max will break the record of 1.81mm bezel black edge held by Xiaomi 13, and we measure that its cover plate black bezel width is only 1.55 mm.iS22 and S23– 1.95mmiCEiPhone 14 Pro 2.17mm),” Tipster Ice Universe tweeted on Friday.

Previously, a video was leaked by Chinese websites Bilibili and Douyin showed display screens that will reportedly feature on iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max with thinner bezels ever seen on an Apple smartphone. Though there were no noticeable major changes , bezels on all four iPhone 15 models will likely be slightly curved around the edges, similar to those we saw on the iPhone 11 series.
There are several reports suggesting that four models in the iPhone 15 series will get the famous Apple Dynamic Island which was earlier limited to only the premium iPhones. Other reports state that Apple will likely provide support for Wi-Fi 6E network for its iPhone 15 Pro variants. The smartphones in the iPhone 15 series may also feature solid-state buttons with haptic feedback and increased RAM.
