The Delhi High Court on Monday exhorted the Union government to tighten regulations on the language used in web series streamed on OTT (over-the-top) platforms while asking the legislature to consider framing laws or rules for enforcing the stricter application of Information Technology Rules, 2021 for the intermediaries.
