5 tips that can reduce the risk of developing colon cancer

Colon cancer develops in the large intestine also known as colon which is at the end of the digestive tract. Colon cancer usually affects older people, but it can strike anyone at any age. Polyps, which are small, noncancerous clumps of cells formed on the inside of the colon, can develop into colon cancers over time.
