The Beginner’s workout during Home Quarantine

Let’s face it, everyone wants a fit body. For a long time, we’ve complained about not having the time to do it but now that excuse doesn’t hold true for anyone. We have time on our hands and no work that we can complain of that made us too tired to work out. Whether you’re a pro at the gym who is missing their second home or just someone now looking to get fitter during quarantine, here are some sure shot exercises you can try.

  • 20 squats
  • 20 lunges
  • 30 seconds of glute bridge, thrice
  • 30 seconds of planks, twice
  • 20 calf raises
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 crunches
  • On the spot jogging for 60 seconds
  • Don’t forget to stretch in between.

These are some basic exercises that you can definitely get down to doing at home without equipment. With time, go on increasing their frequency and number and watch the results yourself. Keep this list handy when you decide to work out!
